LIVONIA PTSA
MINI GRANT / SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM
On an annual basis, as funds permit, the Livonia PTSA will consider requests for mini grants and scholarships to be used for the benefit of the students of the Livonia Central Schools. These requests are currently being accepted for the School Calendar Year 2007-2008.
Who is eligible to apply for a mini grant / scholarship? Any Livonia Central School District staff members.
How do I apply? Complete this form and begin approval process by giving the completed form to the building principal. Please allow a four-week turn around time.
Are there restrictions? Yes.
Must be used for activities, projects and programs that enhance the education and welfare of students. These may include both curricular and extracurricular opportunities.
Grant / Scholarship funds must be used this school year.
Not for expenses which should be covered under the school budget (staff salaries, long-term programs, and purchase of school equipment).
If project involves purchasing items, the staff member makes the purchase. The Livonia PTSA will deliver the check to the office of that school and the school will reimburse you directly. PTSA will only cut checks directly to the school where the teacher resides.
Must be a member of the PTSA.
