Proposed Bylaw changes:

(1)   Livonia Central PTA to

Livonia Central, Parent, Teacher, Student Association (PTSA)

(2)  Article VII - Officers and thier election

 Section 2.

 a. The officers of the association shall consist of a president, one (1) vice-president, a secretary and a treasurer.

- with addition “ Co-presidents may be used in lieu of a president”

(3)  Article IX - Executive Committee

 Section 1.

The executive committee shall consist of the officers of the association.

-with addition “and the immediate past president”.

(4)  Article X - Executive board

Section 2.

The executive board shall consist of the executive committee, chairman of the standing committees,

 - add “and the building representatives”.
